An East London school, for East London roads
East London Driving School is an independent local driving school based in Bow, teaching one-to-one across the E postcodes and out to Ilford and Barking. We built the school around a simple idea: a calm, fully qualified instructor, a clear plan agreed with you from the first lesson, and honest advice about when you're ready — nothing more complicated than that.
How we teach
- Fully qualified instructors, never traineesEvery lesson is taught by a DVSA-approved instructor holding the full green ADI badge — we don't fill diaries with pink-badge trainees.
- One-to-one, alwaysYou never share the car with another pupil. The full lesson — one, one-and-a-half or two hours — is yours, behind the wheel.
- The same car and instructor to test dayYou learn, take your mock test and sit the real thing in the same car, with the same person beside you.
- Honest advice, no paddingWe set targets from lesson one and tell you plainly when you're test-ready — not before, and not lessons after.
